Background

Nurture Africa foundation (NAF) is an apolitical, non-denominational and a Nonprofit registered organization with passion to reach Cameroon, Africa and beyond with an inclusive approach. Destiny and Purpose Discovery Mentorship Academy (DAPDMA) a mentoring platform designed to help people especially youth to discover their world (destiny) and use it as a stage to live a purpose driven life is one of her key activity. Nurture Africa is here to develop and deploy people for services into their communities. At NAF we invest in the lives of men and women through mentorship; coaching, economic empowerment, inclusive school based interventions, grass roots mobilization and transformational leadership. Nurture Africa is here to change the African narrative by developing the African youth and beyond holistically.

Kwalar Rene

Kwalar Rene is a dynamic Teacher, International motivational conference speaker, author, mentor, Life Coach, social entrepreneur, counselor and a youth minister. He speaks in local, national and international conferences and do attend to over 100 speaking engagement reaching out to over 20,000 people annually around the world with special focus on life skills, purpose discovery, leadership, entrepreneurship, choosing a carrier, Youth heath, dating, relationships, and related issues .Kwalar Rene is a dynamic Teacher, International motivational conference speaker, author, mentor, Life Coach, social entrepreneur, counselor and a youth minister. He speaks in local, national and international conferences and do attend to over 100 speaking engagement reaching out to 

over 20,000 people annually around the world with special focus on life skills, purpose discovery, leadership, entrepreneurship, choosing a carrier, Youth heath, dating, relationships, and related issues . Within the Cameroonian community and abroad, Rene Kwalar serves as a voice of strength for this generation. An architect for social change, as well as an innate ability to both influence and inspire. Rene is one of today’s most gifted Youth leaders in both the spiritual and social arenas with over 17 years’ experience in mentorship and Youth ministry. Rene’s roles as a youth Minister, motivational conference speaker, advocate, and strategist have spanned from serving as an abstinence educator in Cameroonians Schools, Churches and communities on issues affecting Youth in today’s world. His commitment to fostering broad-based communication on Spiritual, Emotional, Social, Mental and Physical issues affecting young people on a local, national and international level have led to hundreds of speaking requests, as he travels the world addressing both teens and parents. He is the author of “success driven by purpose” a book that has transform the lives of thousands of youth and has open their eyes toward purpose discovery

As a voice for social change, Rene is passionate about his work. “If we fail to sow the seeds of true education, transformational leadership and integrity into our young people today, we will be forced to reap the weeds of our ignorance tomorrow” he asserts.

Doctrinal Stand

The doctrinal position of DAPDMA is summarized in our six-article statement of faith. We Believe:

  • The scripture both the Old and New Testament to be the inspired word of God, authentic and infallible, the complete revelation of His will for salvation of mankind and the Divine and final authority for Christian faith and practice.
  • That salvation is by the grace of God through faith in Christ plus nothing.
  • That Jesus Christ was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary. He led a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, was buried and He arose bodily from the dead on the third day, ascended into heaven and He is seated at the right hand of the Father as our High Priest, mediator and advocator.
  • That the Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity and His ministry is to glorify the Father and Son and during this age to convict men and women, regenerate the believing sinner, and indwell, guide, instruct and empower the believer for holy living and service.
  • That the great commission is the primary purpose of our existence and can be finished in our generation.
  • We believe in the rapture of the Church and the second coming of Christ. (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17; Matthew 29-30).
